Gary Green actor Adam Tsekhman has been bumped up to series regular for Legends of Tomorrow season six.

Legends of Tomorrow season 6 will see Adam Tsekhman have a larger presence among the team as the lovably hapless Gary Green as the actor has been made a series regular going into the next batch of episodes. The character has slowly become an unofficial member of the team after he’s been involved with a number of their adventures through time and space. But after Gary helped free the Legends from the Fates last season, Adam Tsekhman will have a bigger role to play going forward.

EW broke the news about the actor’s larger presence in Legends of Tomorrow season 6 and even revealed a little of what fans can expect to see from Adam Tsekhman when the series returns to our screens. The character description for Gary explained that the next season will look at his backstory, teasing that he has a surprising origin. Take a look at the description below.

“He’s also not the mild-mannered goofball that our team of superheroes have taken him for all these years. Season 6 will explore Gary’s origin story. It’s even more bizarre than you would imagine…”
