Alan Tudyk To Voice The Joker In DC Universe’s ‘Harley Quinn’

Alan Tudyk Joker Harley Quinn Firefly and Rogue One star Alan Tudyk is set to voice The Joker for DC Universe’s upcoming adult animated Harley Quinn series starring Kaley Cuoco.

It was revealed by Diedrich Bader in an interview with DiscussingFilm that Tudyk will be lending his voicing talents to portray the clown prince of crime for the upcoming DC Universe series. Bader is set to voice Batman in the series with Lake Bell voicing Poison Ivy and Rahul Kohli voicing Scarecrow. Ron Funches, JB Smoove, Jason Alexander, Wanda Sykes, Giancarlo Esposito, Natalie Morales, Jim Rash, Tony Hale, and Chris Meloni are also apart of the show’s star-studded voice cast.

The upcoming series set exclusively for DC’s new streaming service is an adult animated comedy that follows Harley’s adventures alongside a ragtag crew of DC castoffs as she tries to earn a seat at the biggest table in villainy: the Legion of the Doom.

Harley Quinn joins other original DC Universe content which includes TitansYoung: Justice OutsidersDoom Patrol, Swamp Thing, Stargirl, Krypton, and original animated movies Reign of The Supermen, Justice League vs. The Fatal Five, and Batman: Hush.

New ‘Aquaman’ Movie-Themed Comic Variant Covers Spotlight Arthur & Mera

Aquaman DC Comics Arthur Curry MeraDC Comics has unveiled the Aquaman movie-themed variant covers for the Justice League/Aquaman: Drowned Earth crossover event.

DC Comics' Justice League and Aquaman series' will soon crossover for a story arc titled Drowned Earth and the publisher is releasing variant covers based on Warner Bros.' upcoming film about the King of Atlantis to commemorate the event. Now, six variant covers featuring Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry and Amber Heard's Mera have been released with illustrations from artists Francis Manapul, Francesco Mattina, Lucio Parillo, Ben Oliver, Dale Keown, and Nicola Scott.

Justice League/Aquaman: Drowned Earth #1 will be available on October 31, 2018.

From Warner Bros. Aquaman will be released in theaters on December 21, 2018.
