Mera actress Amber Heard teased what she’ll get up to when work begins on Jason Momoa’s Aquaman 2 later this year.
With Aquaman 2 going into production in summer this year, the stars of the film are getting ready to return to Atlantis for more underwater adventures on the big screen. Amber Heard recently posted a behind-the-scenes shot from her time as Mera on the first film as a way of teasing how she’ll prepare for the sequel in a surprising way. However, some fans have been vocal about wanting the star to exit the sequel after her legal battle with Johnny Depp caused her ex-husband to step down from his role in the next Fantastic Beasts movie.
Amber Heard took to Instagram with a behind-the-scenes shot of her reading Iain M. Banks’ Surface Detail in-between filming, and in the caption she explained that her co-star Jason Momoa got in the way of her down time by taking the last few pages out. She followed it up saying she’ll be getting a Kindle to read books on the Aquaman 2 set this time around. Take a look at the photo from the Mera actress below.
