After Superboy dramatically saved Robin’s life, Anna Diop’s Starfire steps up to save Conner Kent in the latest episode of Titans.
While the Titans are currently fighting off Deathstroke’s deadly assault during the second season, it seems like they need to keep a closer eye on each other more than ever before. After Joshua Orpin’s Superboy caught Robin falling from the building, he was shot with bullets laced with Kryptonite, which nearly killed the young Superman clone. Luckily, another member of the Titans was able to figure out a way of saving his life before he succumbed to the Kryptonite. For once, Anna Diop’s Starfire was able to heal someone, rather than burning everything to a cinder.
After being told that Joshua Orpin’s Superboy needed the radiation from the sun to survive, Anna Diop’s Starfire instantly had a way of reviving him. Anna Diop’s Starfire ignited her fiery abilities and enveloped the two Titans in a torrent of fire while Raven made sure that Starfire’s abilities didn’t hurt the rest of the team. After that, Anna Diop’s Starfire managed to bring Joshua Orpin’s Superboy back from the brink, meaning he lives to fight another day with the Titans team. Since Deathstroke is more than a match for Joshua Orpin’s Superboy, Anna Diop’s Starfire and Brenton Thwaites’ Dick Grayson, it’ll take all of the Titans to bring him down.
