Titans star Anna Diop recently shared some stunning artwork of Starfire for the upcoming second season of the DC Universe series.
With Titans season two nearly here, Anna Diop took to Instagram to share some new artwork of Starfire ahead of the upcoming premiere. While the first episode will deal with the fallout of Trigon’s arrival, Starfire’s past will come back to haunt her after another alien comes looking for her. It also seems like Anna Diop’s Starfire is embracing her comic book costume more than the first season’s interpretation of the iconic purple look.
Earlier this week, Anna Diop took to Instagram to show off the Starfire artwork by Olivia Designs, which brings Starfire’s fiery powers to life while also focusing on the classic purple and silver costume. It seems like Anna Diop’s Starfire will know more about herself in Titans season two, embracing her superhero abilities and rejoining the Titans team. Take a look at the artwork below to get a glimpse of what to expect from Starfire in Titans season two.

Here is the official synopsis for Titans season two:
In Season 2, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl. Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent and Rose Wilson – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea Zhang have also joined Titans as Deathstroke’s children. Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is on board as Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman.
Titans season two premieres on September 6, 2019, on DC Universe.
