Titans star Anna Diop has revealed a brand new look at Starfire’s comic-accurate hairstyle for the second season of the DC Universe series.

Anna Diop will be reprising her role as Starfire when Titans returns but with a new comic-accurate costume and hairstyle. Although the first season of Titans featured Anna Diop’s Starfire with a much different compared to the comic-book source material, fans won’t be disappointed this time when Anna Diop returns with a look that is much more reminiscent of the character’s style from the comics.

With production on Titans season 2 already underway, Anna Diop is hard at work in Toronto bringing Starfire to life for the second season. Now, Anna Diop has shared a brand new behind-the-scenes look offering what is no doubt the clearest and best look at Starfire’s new hairstyle for season two.

Fans should be ready to see the first look at the second season of Titans in a few weeks when DC Universe has its special 2-hour event at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 20, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Indigo Ballroom of the San Diego Convention Center.

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea Zhang have also joined Titans as Deathstroke’s children. Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is set to play Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman.

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

Titans is now available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
