Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania‘s Cassie Lang has posted photos of herself training for the upcoming Marvel film.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is one of the most anticipated Marvel movies coming out of Phase 4 because Kang is set to be the film’s villain. The character, who was first introduced in Loki, is set to be one of Marvel’s most important baddies. In addition to Kang being the main player in Ant–Man 3, the film will also feature a recast Cassie Lang. Seeing as the film takes place after Avengers: Endgame, a considerable amount of time has passed since we saw the young daughter of Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang.
Kathryn Newton, best known for her roles in Big Little Lies and Freaky, has been tapped to play an older Cassie Lang. It’s expected that Scott will be training Cassie in the Marvel threequel, which should hopefully lead into a Young Avengers series or film. Starring in a Marvel project requires hard work, which is why Newton has been training diligently for the Ant-Man and the Wasp sequel. The star took to Instagram to share photos of her training for the Marvel role, proving that she’s in superhero shape.

Details on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania are relatively slim, and it’s uncertain just how lengthy Cassie Lang’s role in the film will be. Fans are also curious to see how Kang factors into the film, but only time will tell what Marvel has up its sleeve.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is set to feature the return of Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly’s Hope van Dyne as well as the introduction of a new Cassie Lang, played by Kathryn Newton. Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer are also confirmed to reprise their roles as Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hits theaters on February 17, 2023. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the Marvel Cinematic Universe and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
