The legal drama between Aquaman star Amber Heard and Fantastic Beasts star Johnny Depp continues.
The Blast obtained legal documents that claim that David Killackey, owner of Performance Allison Transmissions whom is said to have worked on Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s cars claims that Amber Heard was abusive to him and that the Aquaman star’s father made a threatening phone call sending Johnny Depp “death threats.” In particular, David Killackey claims that Amber Heard’s father threatened to shoot Johnny Depp.
The legal filing shows that David Killackey claims that during a phone call from Amber Heard’s father, he expressed his frustration with Johnny Depp in regards to money and his daughter’s career. The following is a snippet from the alleged phone call with Amber Heard’s father:
“That f—ing piece of s–t is f—ing me too because I’m supposed to get 10% of the money and without it I can’t produce the movie I was gunna make!” and “He is ruining my baby girl’s career and blackballing her in Hollywood.”
The phone call allegedly continued with Amber Heard’s father making this gun threat against Johnny Depp:
“and when I get to him I’m going to beat the s–t out of him” and “I’m from Texas, and men from Texas carry 45’s and Johnny is going to meet the f—ing end of mine!”
David Killackey claimed to have responded to Amber Heard’s father believing that he was drunk during the call, asking him to not make death threats against Johnny Depp and violent threats against him as well. David Killackey claimed that Mr. Heard replied to accusations of drunkenness with the following:
“yeah, maybe I am and I’m going to shove the whiskey bottle up your a–!”
This is the latest development on the legal drama between the Aquaman actress and the Fantastic Beasts actor. Last month, Amber Heard requested that Johnny Depp would undergo psychological evaluation.
Johnny Depp is set to reprise his role as the villainous Gellert Grindelwald in the third Fantastic Beasts movie while Amber Heard is expected to return as Mera in the Aquaman sequel. In the meantime, fans can revisit Amber Heard’s latest appearance as Mera on all home media formats of Aquaman.
