‘Aquaman’ Director & Cast Surprise Fans At Screening In New York City

Last night, a special screening of Aquaman took place in New York and Jason Momoa dropped by with a few friends from the cast and crew.

Aquaman is opening in theaters later this month and special fan screenings have already begun to take place. For instance, last night in New York City some lucky fans were able to see the film well before its December 21st release date. That wasn’t the only excitement that the fans encountered, though. As pictured above, Jason Momoa was there with his trusty trident to get fans hyped for the film.

There’s plenty of positive buzz surrounding Aquaman, with some early reviews calling it the best DC Extended Universe film to date, yet somehow it seems that no one can match the excitement of the film’s star, Jason Momoa. Before the screening took place, the actor proudly stood before fans and yelled out in excitement as he waved Aquaman’s iconic weapon. Check out the photos, as well as a video from Momoa’s Instagram account, below to get a glimpse at the exciting event, which featured some other members of the film’s cast and crew in attendance.
