Aquaman was introduced to the DC Extended Universe with a considerably darker outfit than his colorful comic book counterpart and while some approved of this new take on the character, others hoped to one day see Arthur Curry don the iconic green and orange costume. Now, director James Wan’s standalone Aquaman film will finally bring the classic DC Comics outfit to the big screen and the latest preview from Warner Bros. revealed footage of Arthur Curry in the traditional armor.

From Warner Bros. Pictures and director James Wan comes an acition-packed adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas, “Aquaman,” starring Jason Momoa in the title role. Aquaman will be released in theaters on December 21, 2018.
