‘Aquaman’ Swims Past ‘Wonder Woman’ In Pre-Sales On Fandango

Aquaman is set to debut in North America on Friday and Fandango ticket pre-sales for latest DC film are currently surpassing Wonder Woman at the same point in the online ticket retailer’s sales cycle. Furthermore, Mary Poppins Returns is outpacing Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle while Bumblebee is surging past Transformers: The Last Knight at the same point in the sales cycle on Fandango.

Managing Editor Erik Davis made the following statement on moviegoers’ anticipation for the holiday season line-up:

“Moviegoers have an embarrassment of riches at theaters over the holidays, featuring one of the most diverse and entertaining lineups we’ve seen in years. From visually stunning superhero movies like ‘Aquaman’ and ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’ to music-driven family films like ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ and ‘Bumblebee,’ there’s most definitely something for everyone to enjoy at the multiplex.”

Aquaman DC Comics Black Manta MeraHeroic Hollywood has unveiled new photos from the Aquaman press junket, offering fans a close look at the costumes, weapons, and creatures in the DC film.

Warner Bros. and DC's Aquaman will arrive in theaters soon and the recent press junket for the film included a gallery of several items featured in the titular hero's cinematic feature. Among the items on display are Arthur Curry's trident, Vulko's costume, an important map, and bits of the underwater creatures.
