Armie Hammer Slams Marvel Entertainment Chairman For Donald Trump Ties

Armie Hammer called out Marvel Entertainment Chairman Isaac Perlmutter over his ties to United States President Donald Trump.

Earlier this week, reports emerged revealing Equinox owner Stephen Ross was planning to host a fundraiser for United States President Donald Trump. News of the Equinox owner’s luncheon prompted members of the gym to cancel their membership and similar calls to boycott other companies with ties to Donald Trump followed.

In a post on his official Twitter account, Armie Hammer called out the controversial Chairman of Marvel Entertainment, Isaac Perlmutter, over his ties to the divisive President Donald Trump. As Armie noted in his post, Marvel Entertainment Chairman Isaac Perlmutter is one of the Donald Trump’s largest financial contributors.

Check out the post below to read what Armie Hammer had to say about the Marvel Entertainment Chairman’s ties to Donald Trump.

Marvel Entertainment Chairman Isaac Perlmutter’s relationship with Donald Trump includes serving a member of the United States president’s Inauguration committee and reportedly being named one of three individuals authorized to direct policy at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

After The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel, Isaac Perlmutter remained the CEO of Marvel Entertainment and continued to oversee the development of Marvel Studios projects until 2015. According to reports, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige grew frustrated working with Isaac Perlmutter, who was alleged to be the principal reason behind the studios’ lack of diversity, and restructuring resulted in Feige reporting directly to Walt Disney Studios chairman Alan Horn.
