Since the final season is an abbreviated one, likely to tie in with the massive Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event this year, but it will no doubt make the most of its shorter running time. Arrow Season 8 Episode 4 is entitled “Present Tense”, is directed by Kristin Windell and written by Oscar Balderrama and Jeane Wong. It will most likely air on November 5, 2019, although this has not yet been confirmed by The CW.
