New ‘Arrow’ & ‘The Flash’ Episodes Set Up ‘Crisis On Infinite Earths’

Upcoming episodes for both Arrow and The Flash set to air later this month will prepare each series for the epic crossover event, Crisis On Infinite Earths. 

Both Arrow and The Flash will air new episodes on November 26, which is just shortly before the first episode of the Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover airs. In the case for Arrow, the upcoming episode “Reset” will explore how Lyla ends up betraying Oliver, the former of which has been secretly working for The Monitor.

YOU CAN’T FIGHT YOUR FATE – After being double-crossed by Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson), Oliver (Stephen Amell) finds himself facing a life or death situation that seems very familiar. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has the opportunity to make amends with the past. David Ramsey directed the episode written by Onalee Hunter Hughes & Maya Houston.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of The Flash, “The Last Temptation of Barry Allen, Part One” explores Barry’s battle with Bloodwork.

PART ONE OF THE MID-SEASON FINALE – As Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) stands on the threshold of his impending death in Crisis, his convictions are tested when the monstrous Dr. Ramsey Rosso (guest star Sendhil Ramamurthy) infects The Flash with a mysterious, hallucinogenic contagion. Meanwhile, reporter Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton) uncovers a vast conspiracy. Chad Lowe directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza.

Both of these upcoming episodes of Arrow and The Flash will air on November 26 on The CW, just shortly before Crisis On Infinite Earths begins.

Crisis On Infinite Earths will span two quarters and consist of ArrowThe FlashSupergirlLegends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman. The Arrowverse crossover will launch with three episodes in December before concluding with two additional episodes in January.

In addition to the regular cast members of each Arrowverse series, Crisis on Infinite Earths will also feature appearances by Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, Brandon Routh as Clark Kent/Superman and Ray Palmer/The Atom, LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor, Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor, Tom Cavanagh as Pariah, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne, Johnathon Schaech as Jonah Hex, Erica Durance as Lois Lane, Tom Welling as Clark Kent / Superman, Ashley Scott Will as Huntress, and Burt Ward in an undisclosed role.
