The CW has released a brand new poster for this year’s Arrowverse crossover event titled Elseworlds.
The new poster features Ruby Rose’s Batwoman in the center amongst the heroes of The CW’s superhero shows. The upcoming crossover event which features Oliver Queen and Barry Allen trading places as the Green Arrow and The Flash will introduce Rose as the Gotham superhero when Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl travel to Gotham City after learning about the machinations of an Arkham Asylum doctor.
In addition, the new poster also includes two versions of Superman. Tyler Hoechlin returns as the Last Son of Krypton to don not only his traditional red and blue suit but the black Superman suit as well. This year’s Elseworlds crossover event will also feature the introduction of Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Psycho-Pirate played by Bob Frazer (The 100), and LaMonica Garrett as DC’s The Monitor.

EPIC ELSEWORLDS CROSSOVER KICKS OFF TONIGHT — When Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Oliver Queen (guest star Stephen Amell) wake up one morning and realize they have swapped bodies with each other, the two set off to find out what disturbed the timeline to cause such a shift. However, things quickly go from bad to worse when they present their case to Team Flash and the gang doesn’t believe them. Barry and Oliver realize they need Supergirl’s (guest star Melissa Benoist) help and travel to Smallville on Earth-38 where they end up meeting Kara’s cousin, Clark Kent (guest star Tyler Hoechlin), and intrepid reporter, Lois Lane (guest star Elizabeth Tulloch). LaMonica Garrett guest stars as The Monitor. Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Eric Wallace & Sam Chalsen.

THE ELSEWORLDS CROSSOVER CONTINUES IN GOTHAM CITY WITH BATWOMAN (RUBY ROSE) — With Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Barry (guest star Grant Gustin) still stuck in the other’s bodies, the two get a lead on John Deegan (guest star Jeremy Davies) and head to Gotham City with Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) to figure out why their reality has changed. While there, they meet the mysterious Kate Kane (guest star Ruby Rose) who provides them with information that leads the group to Arkham Asylum. James Bamford directed the episode with teleplay by Marc Guggenheim and story by Caroline Dries.

THE BATTLE CONCLUDES — Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin), Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) and Superman (guest star Tyler Hoechlin) engage in the battle of their lives. Jesse Warn directed the episode with story by Marc Guggenheim and teleplay by Derek Simon & Robert Rovner.
The 2018 Arrowverse crossover starts with a special episode of The Flash on Sunday, December 9 and continues with Arrow on Monday, December 10. The three-night event concludes with Supergirl on Tuesday, December 11. All three entries will air at 8:00 p.m. ET on their respective nights.
‘Aquaman’: New Photos Offers Close Look At The Costumes, Weapons, & Creatures
Heroic Hollywood has unveiled new photos from the Aquaman press junket, offering fans a close look at the costumes, weapons, and creatures in the DC film.
Warner Bros. and DC's Aquaman will arrive in theaters soon and the recent press junket for the film included a gallery of several items featured in the titular hero's cinematic feature. Among the items on display are Arthur Curry's trident, Vulko's costume, an important map, and bits of the underwater creatures.
