The CW Casts Jeremy Davies As Arkham Asylum Villain In Arrowverse Crossover

Arrowverse Jeremy Davies Arkham Asylum DC Comics

The CW has cast Lost alumn Jeremy Davies as a villainous Arkham Asylum employee for the network’s upcoming Arrowverse crossover event.

Jeremy Davies will portray Dr. John Deegan, who is described as an individual who may be crazier than the inmate he treats at Gotham City’s Arkham Asylum For The Criminally Insane. In fact, Deegan’s machinations will be what brings Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl to Gotham City for the three-night event. In the comics, a character named Jack Deegan was recruited by The Joker and named Jack of Diamonds, though the character was killed off in his only appearance 1941’s in Batman #4.

Details on the upcoming Arrowverse crossover are currently unknown, though the event will mark the introduction of Roby Rose as Batwoman and the first appearance of Gotham City in the CW superhero universe. Superman will also appear in the crossover with Tyler Hoechlin reprising the role from Supergirl and Grimm star Elizabeth Tulloch will portray Lois Lane in the characters Arrowverse debut.
