Assassin's Creed, in the words of the Fugees, is shouting "Ready or not, here I come, you can't hide, gonna find you, and make you love me!"

Assassin’s Creed, in the words of the Fugees, is shouting “Ready or not, here I come, you can’t hide, gonna find you, and make you love me!” If you’re still making up your mind regarding the upcoming blockbuster, there are four TV spots and an action-filled clip titled “Leap of Faith” to convince you. Check them out below.

The video game adaptation directed by Justin Kurzel and starring Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, Michael K. Williams, and Ariane Labed faces high expectations ahead of its release next Wednesday, given the pedigree of the cast and filmmakers. Not to mention the challenge of making a good video game movie, plus the stiff competition from the juggernaut that is Rogue One: A Star Wars Story as well as a glut of Oscar-contenders and other mainstream fare like Passengers and Patriots Day.

According to The Tracking Board, tracking has Creed ahead of fellow blockbuster Passengers at the Christmas box office, a good early sign for the Fox film, the possible sequel is being talked up by Kurzel. While the video games have stayed generally in the distant past, he said he was interested in a more current historical period – 1950s America, where he could make a Cold War noir film.

Assassin’s Creed hits theaters a week from today, December 21.
