One savvy Marvel fan has noticed a potential War Machine weapon in the cryptic Avengers 4 tease the Russo Brothers posted not too long ago.
Don Cheadle’s War Machine has been a fan favorite since his first appearance in Iron Man 2. After his tragic accident in Captain America: Civil War, the hero made his triumphant return in Avengers: Infinity War. After he survived the infamous snap, it is safe to say next time he goes out for battle, he’ll be upping his game in the weapons department. One Marvel fanatic believes an item in the cryptic tease from the film’s directors, the Russo Brothers, may, in fact, be War Machine’s Proton Cannon seen in the comics. Fans know that War Machine’s Proton cannon is one of his favorite weapons and ut would make sense he would get the upgrade given what happened last time he suited up. This is all just speculation at this point but the image put together above makes a solid case for that item actually being War Machine’s Proton Cannon. Here is hoping we see him fire some rounds at the Mad Titan Thanos when Earth’s Mightiest Heroes attempt to right the wrongs from Infinity War when Avengers 4 hits theaters next year.
