Avengers: Endgame star Chris Evans dons Captain America’s costume from the Secret Empire comics in a brilliant new piece of fan art.
While Chris Evans might’ve worn a comic accurate Captain America costume during Avengers: Endgame, a new piece of fan art imagines the actor donning the suit from the Secret Empire run in the comics. For those that haven’t read Secret Empire, it follows the concept that reality was changed so that Captain America was secretly a HYDRA sleeper agent. He ended up heading the villainous organisation and took over the world, forcing the Avengers to go on the run.
The new artwork from digital artist Christ Ave shows off a few different angles of Avengers star Chris Evans in the new Captain America costume. While it still features the scale armor like the Avengers: Endgame costume, it uses the adapted red stripe design from the comics, as well as the white highlights on the arms. The other images also show Avengers: Endgame star Chris Evans wearing the iconic Captain America helmet which flows into the main design of the suit. The artist explained that he’d love to see Marvel Studios give Chris Evans a Secret Empire movie as Captain America. Take a look at the artwork of the Avengers: Endgame star below.
