‘Avengers: Endgame’ Director Joe Russo Calls Out Fake Iron Man Quote

A fake quote regarding Avengers: Endgame director Joe Russo’s feelings towards Iron Man has been circulating the internet, and he has now responded.

The internet can be a strange place at times with actual fake news occasionally getting wide circulation. In this particular instance, a fake quote floated around that says Avengers: Endgame co-director Joe Russo hated Iron Man and made sure that the character would be killed off in the film. The fake quote was allegedly from an interview he did on The Tonight Show.

This, however, has not stopped Joe Russo from having fun with the fake Iron Man quote. On the official Russo Brother Twitter account, the Avengers: Endgame director said he was going to set the record straight by saying he actually wanted to kill Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man in Captain America: Civil War. You can see Joe Russo’s full Tweet below:
