This concept art for Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk as seen in Marvel Studios’ record-breaking film Avengers: Endgame comes courtesy of concept artist Jerad S. Marantz. Marantz shared the following post on his official Instagram, and we see more of how Mark Ruffalo’s likeness is implemented into the Professor Hulk persona that we see in the film.

Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk had a lot to deal with within the 5 year time jump between Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. After struggling to properly Hulk out during the big battles against Thanos (Josh Brolin) and his army, the character found a way to blend the brains of Dr. Bruce Banner and the brawn of the Hulk together and create Professor Hulk – the best of both worlds, if he’s to be believed.
