Recently, Anthony and Joe Russo made a special appearance at a screening for their blockbuster film, Avengers: Infinity War. Following the screening, they participated in a Q&A with the audience about their experience making the film while also dodging any questions about the highly-anticipated fourth Avengers film. During the Q&A, they revealed that the have had discussions about using beloved Thor villain Beta Ray Bill.
The Russo Brothers are fans of Beta Ray Bill, and expressed interest in implementing the character into the story. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find the best way to implement him into the story.
Beta Ray Bill has been discussed many times by the Russo Brothers but they could never find a good fit for the story.

Beta Ray Bill is arguably the most-requested Thor villain from MCU fans. Many are eager to see the character in all of his glory and so far, have only been given an Easter Egg to the character in Thor: Ragnarok. Beta Ray Bill was also cut from that film as well.

Avengers 4 is scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2019.
