Sometimes when it comes to making superhero movies, you find that the people involved with making them have as big hearts as the characters they portray. That appears to be the case with the cast and crew of Avengers: Infinity War, as the directors (Joe and Anthony Russo) and two stars (Robert Downey Junior and Benedict Cumberbatch) recently took a moment to make a fan with special needs feel like a hero.
Devin Cutugno, who has cerebral palsy, recently got a chance to stop by the Atlanta, Georgia set of Avengers: Infinity War. He was greeted by the movie’s directors and the actors portraying Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Doctor Stephen Strange, as seen in the Facebook image below:
Filming on Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to wrap up this week as Joe and Anthony Russo begin both post-production on it and start production on the fourth Avengers movie, so Mr. Cutugno is incredibly lucky to have this opportunity. It also speaks volumes to the kindness of the movie’s cast and crew that they’re willing to take a few minutes out of their workday to give a fan a moment in the sun.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released on May 4, 2018, and has a cast that includes Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark (Iron Man), Chris Evans as Steve Rogers (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth as Thor Odinson, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner (Hulk), Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton (Hawkeye), Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch), Paul Bettany as the Vision, Chris Pratt as Peter Quill (Star-Lord), Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautisa as Drax the Destroyer, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Vin Diesel as Groot, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Stephen Strange, Tom Holland as Peter Parker (Spider-Man), Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier), Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa (Black Panther), Paul Rudd as Scott Lang (Ant-Man/Giant Man), Samuel L.
