‘Avengers’ Star Sebastian Stan Introduced Himself To Gwyneth Paltrow Three Times

Avengers: Endgame star Sebastian Stan recently revealed that he accidentally introduced himself for a third time to Gwyneth Paltrow.

After Gwyneth Paltrow admitted last year that she’s quite forgetful when it comes to Marvel films, Sebastian Stan recently explained that he introduced himself to his Avengers co-star for the third time when posing for a photo at a fashion event. He pointed out that he hates constantly introducing himself to new people and he prefers to keep to himself.

“We were at this event, and especially at some of the fashion events, for me I feel a bit out of my element. I try to kind of stick to myself. I’m not like that guy that goes up to people and is like, ‘Hey! How are you? Here’s who I am.’ It just doesn’t feel right.”

In an interview with The Jess Cagle Show, Stan mentioned that he wasn’t sure if Paltrow even remembered him after she gave him an odd look. which is when he realized that he’d introduced himself to her for a third time. Stan then jokingly mentioned that his Avengers co-star must have thought he was a “crazy person.”

“I was like, ‘I don’t know if we really worked together.’ So I guess we got thrown in that group photo. I was like, ‘Hey, by the way, it’s Sebastian.’ I think she sort of just gave me this look. I was like, ‘From Avengers, we met…’ and then the picture was taken, I’m not even sure if she [remembered me]. It was just like a weird moment. I was like, ‘My God, I’ve introduced myself to this poor woman a third time, she must think I’m just this crazy person.”
