The price of Baby Yoda was revealed to one of The Mandalorian guest stars during a scene from the finale when he was a little too rough with the doll of the fan-favorite character. Adam Pally and Jason Sudeikis appeared in the season finale of The Mandalorian as the two Scout Troopers who had taken Baby Yoda from Nick Nolte’s Kuill. But after the first take of Adam Pally punching Baby Yoda, The Mandalorian guest star had to be told the price of the doll.

The actor explained in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that he punched Baby Yoda too hard during his first take on The Mandalorian season finale, and Jon Favreau had to tell him Baby Yoda’s steep price tag. The Mandalorian guest star had to be told that Baby Yoda cost $5 million. Adam Pally then mentioned that in the next three takes of the scene his punches missed the Baby Yoda doll because he was so nervous. Take a look at The Mandalorian guest star talking about the expensive Baby Yoda doll below.

“I remember the first take that I did when I punched him. They called ‘Cut!’ and Jon, who was watching on a monitor in his office, he came down from this office and said, ‘I just want to let you know that this is the hero Yoda and it costs, like, $5 million. So while I want you to hit it, I just want you to know that.’ Because I think I took a big swing at it. And the next three takes I missed, because I was so nervous.”
