Crisis on Infinite Earths part three started off with a bang as a major Batman character died in its opening minutes.

Tonight’s third part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover opened up on New Gotham City Earth-203 with Huntress from the 2002 Birds of Prey series contacting a major Batman character in Oracle, aka Barbara Gordon. Unfortunately it was too late as Barbara Gordon and Huntress die as their earth is destroyed.

The Crisis on Infinite Earths opening scene saw the return of Ashley Scott as Huntress and Dina Meyer as Barbara Gordon from the 2002 Birds of Prey series, which is now available on DC Universe. Barbara Gordon is now the fourth Batman character to die in the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover with Kevin Conroy’s Bruce Wayne, Alexander Knox from Batman ’89, and Burt Ward’s Robin from Batman ’66.

Did you enjoy seeing the return of Ashley Scott as Huntress from Birds of Prey on Crisis on Infinite Earths? Do you think any other Batman characters will appear in the crossover? Sound off in the comments below!
