Belle Refuses To Join Beast For Dinner In ‘Beauty And The Beast’ Clip

A new clip released online for Beauty and the Beast offers a glimpse at the live-action remake's version of when Belle refuses to join Beast for dinner.

Yahoo Movies has premiered a brand new clip from the Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of the animated classic Beauty and the Beast. The film itself is an adaptation of the original that takes small liberties with the story in order to add more layers and depth to the characters.

In the clip, we can see a slight change in the scene when the Beast furiously demands Belle joins him for dinner after she refused to share a meal with him in the first place. The new version features Belle preparing to make a daring escape from the enchanted castle as she delays Beast at the door.

The film stars Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Ewan McGregor as Lumière, Sir Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Kevin Kline as Belle’s father Maurice, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette. Here’s the official synopsis:
