Ben Affleck’s Batman workout routine has finally been revealed by his Justice League trainer Magnus Lygdback.
While Zack Snyder’s Justice League may have debuted to disappointing reviews and box office figures, Ben Affleck’s Batman remained popular among many fans. Of course, getting into prime shape for his role as Batman in Justice League required extensive training on Ben Affleck’s part.
In order to ensure he was in the best shape possible to play Batman for Justice League, Ben Affleck turned to personal trainer Magnus Lygdback to develop a workout routine. Now, Men’s Health has released a video that features Magnus Lygdback as he outlines the exercises Batman actor Ben Affleck did to get into top shape and explained why it was important for the Justice League actor to be as strong as possible:
“You know Batman’s carrying around this heavy suit all day on set, so we needed Ben to have the support he needed to carry that suit.”
