Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice marked Ben Affleck’s DC Extended Universe debut. While the movie itself received mixed reviews, Ben Affleck’s incarnation of Batman was generally well-regarded and his comic-accurate costume was one of the reasons why.
Since then, fans have taken it upon themselves to imagine what Ben Affleck’s Batman would look like with different versions of the Batsuit from DC history. Instagram user “Artoftimetravel” created a piece that depicts Ben Affleck in the Rebirth Batman suit, complete with a white-eyed cowl.

Unfortunately for fans of Ben Affleck’s Batman, his time as the Dark Knight has come to an end. Now, Robert Pattinson will play a new version of Batman in a film from War for the Planet of the Apes helmer Matt Reeves, meaning Justice League will be Ben Affleck’s final outing as the DC Comics icon.
