New photos from the Glasgow set of The Flash give us a closer look at Ben Affleck’s slick Batman suit and Batcycle.
Earlier this week, the historical city of Glasgow was transformed into Gotham City for Ezra Miller’s The Flash. Soon after, set photos and videos were revealed that showed off Ben Affleck’s Batman on the Batcycle during a chase sequence. Affleck wasn’t in the suit as he’s currently vacationing in Italy with Jennifer Lopez. While the photos were great at showing an early look at The Caped Crusader’s new suit, new snaps have emerged that give a much sharper look at the character.
UK outlet The Dail Mail was on set to snag some sweet new snaps of Ben Affleck’s Batman. The new photos from The Flash really emphasize just how tactical and streamlined the new suit is. They also do a fantastic job of illustrating just how huge the Batcycle really is (it’s almost as wide as the front of two midsize sedans). It also appears that The Dark Knight is being chased by police cars.

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash stars Ezra Miller, Ben Affleck, Michael Keaton, Sasha Calle, Kiersey Clemons, Maribel Verdú, and Ron Livingston. The film will be inspired by the Flashpoint comic storyline, which followed The Flash as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles. It is currently unknown how much inspiration the upcoming Ezra Miller film will take from the comic.
The Flash is set to hit theaters on November 4, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news regarding the future of the DCEU, Ezra Miller, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content!
