Benicio Del Toro Jokes About Fans ‘Riding’ The Collector At Disneyland

Guardians Of The Galaxy actor Benicio Del Toro sat down with The Tonight Show and joked about the statue of his character The Collector at the franchise’s Mission: Breakout ride at Disneyland.

Del Toro joked with Tonight show host Jimmy Fallon about fans “riding” him at Disneyland. If you don’t know already, there is a Guardians Of The Galaxy ride at Disneyland and The Collector is apart of the ride. Del Toro said:

“It’s kind of bizarre. I never thought I’d have a statue of me anywhere, let alone in Disneyland.”

He also went on to joke about the experience fans have shared with him after riding Mission: Breakout:

“I ride you. I enjoy riding you. You’re always letting me down.”

During his visit on, the current state of The Collector was brought up. When asked about the character’s fate after Avengers: Infinity War, he explained:

“I think he’s alive, yeah, I think that you know, I think he’s alive. You’re talking to him!”

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is expected to star Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, and Sean Gunn.
