New Birds of Prey photos have surfaced online and they may offer fans a glimpse at Harley Quinn’s Hyenas.
UPDATE: The images were taken down as they were apparently from a leaked teaser.
Margot Robbie is set to reprise her role as Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey, marking the character’s first appearance in a feature film since her live-action debut in 2016’s Suicide Squad. Today, new photos from Birds of Prey surfaced online and one the images features Margot Robbie’s Harley seemingly enjoying a pastry while inside of a vehicle.
However, two fury animals can be seen sitting behind Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn in the aforementioned photo and fans suspect they could be the character’s pet hyenas. In Batman: The Animated Series and the comics, Joker and Harley Quinn have two pet hyenas whose names were revealed to be Bud and Lou (a reference to the famous comedy duo Bud Abbott and Lou Costello) in The New Batman Adventures episode titled “Joker’s Millions.”
