‘Black Panther’ Cast & Crew Take Part In The ‘Get Out’ Challenge

Ryan Coogler Explains How 'Black Panther' Differs From Other MCU Movies Heroic Hollywood
Next year Marvel Studios will transport audiences to the nation of Wakanda in Black Panther, the first solo film for the titular hero following his debut in Captain America: Civil War. With production on the film currently underway, the cast and crew have taken their down time to participate in the Get Out challenge and actress Lupita Nyong’o has shared the video on her official Instagram page.

Based on a sequence featured in Jordan Peele’s hit film Get Out, the challenge requires participants to run straight towards someone and then turn off to the side before colliding with the individual, similar to a moment experienced by the film’s lead character played by Daniel Kaluuya.

Members of the Black Panther cast and crew participated in the challenge with Daniel Kaluuya himself making an appearance.

7 Reasons To Be Excited For ‘Black Panther’

Previous1 of 8

Black PantherBlack Panther is coming back, and trust me when I say his movie will be worth seeing.

I know it’s hard to get excited when there are so many superhero movies coming out every year, but Black Panther is a character that deserves a shot on the big screen. Not only was he the first black superhero, he naturally serves as an extension to the rest of the MCU. Finally we’re not focusing on someone from New York City, T’Challa was born and raised in Wakanda, a whole different jungle compared to NYC.

Black Panther is as smart as Mr. Fantastic and as fierce a fighter as Batman. Unlike most of the marvel characters who are defined by one trait, Iron Man as dependent on tech or Cap as overly patriotic, Black Panther is a multi-faceted character.

I almost gave this list 8 reasons just because I’m excited to see what Stan Lee’s cameo is gonna be. Fingers crossed for a stereotypical tourist on safari.
