Both Chadwick Boseman and Andy Serkis are very dedicated and respected actors that are willing to put in all the effort and energy they can into their roles, and Black Panther was no exception. In fact, while both were shooting the film, Boseman got so intense that he nearly broke Serkis’ ribs.
Recently, Serkis revealed that during the chase sequence in South Korea, Boseman was so into the role that he nearly broke Serkis’ ribs:
“This chase ends up with T’Challa, Chad’s character… chasing me and catching me. It was a night shoot and the very first take he kneed me so hard in the chest, ’cause he couldn’t really see with his mask on. I felt like he had broken my ribs in the very first take.”
Serkis in particular is known for fully transforming into different types of characters in almost every role he takes. Although we see his likeness in Black Panther as Ulysses Klaue, he is most famous for being a pioneer in motion and performance capture. Some of his most popular roles include Gollum in Lord of the Rings, King Kong in King Kong (2005), Caesar in the Planet of the Apes and Supreme Leader Snoke in Star Wars.
Here is the synopsis for Black Panther:
After the death of his father, T’Challa returns home to the African nation of Wakanda to take his rightful place as king. When a powerful enemy suddenly reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king — and as Black Panther — gets tested when he’s drawn into a conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people.
Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, John Kani, Florence Kasumba and Sterling K. Brown.
Black Panther is now available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD.

After the mid-credits scene for Ant-Man and the Wasp, many were theorizing that the Avengers would have to rescue Scott Lang from the Quantum Realm and subsequently use the alternate dimension to travel back in time to defeat Thanos. While it appears Scott Lang managed to escape on his own, he may have brought the van containing the way to the Quantum Realm to the Avengers’ front door.

While the Hulk was absent from the first Avengers: Endgame trailer, Bruce Banner managed to make a brief appearance. The brilliant scientist could be seen assessing the list of casualties of Thanos’ decimation and it has clearly taken an emotional toll.
