‘Black Widow’ Star Discusses Rumors About Playing Taskmaster

One of the stars behind Black Widow briefly addressed the rumors that he’s playing Taskmaster in the Marvel movie.

Fans have been debating who’s underneath the Taskmaster costume ever since the villain was spotted in the Black Widow set photos, with the theories only intensifying once the first trailers debuted. But now one of the stars has recently discussed the mysterious role on social media, causing fans to consider the actor as a a suspect for the new villain plaguing Natasha Romanoff and the rest of her team.

O-T Fagbenle recently went had a livestream with a friend on Instagram when the topic of Taskmaster in Black Widow came up. The star had mentioned the rumors that he’s playing the villain as well as Mason in the film, when his friend pointed out that he could be. Fagbenle then quickly shut the topic down by saying  he thought they were keeping that side of the conversation quiet.

“There’s a whole conspiracy theory that I’m Taskmaster… You’re trying to get it out as well? I thought we spoke about this, I thought we were going to keep some s—t on the DL.”
