According to a report by Hollywood Life, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga may reunite for Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
In fall 2018, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga created a sensation with their undeniable chemistry in the latest remake of A Star is Born. The palpable energy between Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga once again captivated audiences when the duo performed the acclaimed song “Shallow” during the 2019 Academy Awards ceremony.
Since then, many moviegoers have been eager to see Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga work together again and Hollywood Life claims the third Guardians of the Galaxy film could be the project that makes that wish a reality. The outlet alleges insiders have informed them there is a strong possibility of seeing Lady Gaga play the love interest to Bradley Cooper’s Rocket Raccoon:
“There is a very strong possibility that Lady Gaga and Bradley will be working together again on Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Only some cast names have been released but the word is Bradley will reprise his role of Rocket Raccoon and Gaga will play his love interest. Their characters are animated but still, it’s exciting. Audiences want them together and certainly everyone recognizes that appeal, they’re box office gold together, it’s very likely that this will happen.”
The outlet later notes Lady Gaga would “fill the role” of Lylla, an anthropomorphic otter and love interest to Rocket Raccoon in the Marvel comics.

Now, James Gunn will begin production on the third Guardians of the Galaxy film after completing work on The Suicide Squad for Warner Bros. and DC. Details on the third and final chapter of James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy are currently unknown, though the film will likely explore the ramifications of the universe-changing events in Avengers: Endgame.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is expected to star Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, and Sean Gunn.
