‘Titans’ Star Brenton Thwaites Dons Nightwing Costume In Awesome Season 2 Fan Art

New artwork shows Titans star Brenton Thwaites suited up as Nightwing for the second season of the DC Universe series.

Brenton Thwaites’ Robin is set to adopt the Nightwing persona at some point during the second season of DC Universe’s Titans. Some set photos have given small glimpses into the Nightwing suit donned by Brenton Thwaites, but thanks to this fan art from digital artist “SPDRMNKYXXIII” on Instagram, we get a sense at how it may translate onscreen in live-action form.

You can see Titans star Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing in the artwork below.

Nightwing, the famous persona that Dick Grayson adopts after leaving Bruce Wayne and becoming his own hero, has been teased to be introduced in the second season of Titans for quite some time. Although fans have had some brief glimpses at Brenton Thwaites donning the Nightwing costume in set photos, we don’t have the best quality look at him in the suit yet, but this piece of fan art does the job pretty well.

Are you excited to see Brenton Thwaites’ Dick Grayson adopt the Nightwing moniker and suit? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to continue following us for all the latest news on Titans, Brenton Thwaites, Nightwing and the rest of the DC Universe.

Here is the synopsis for the upcoming Titans episode “Fallen”:

After his intentional attack on two police officers results in his arrest, Dick finally finds peace in a Nevada prison. But the hero he’s left behind has not been buried forever. Meanwhile, Rachel befriends a runaway girl and takes her under her wing – only to find that her own powers might not fully be under her control. Back at Titans Tower, Gar is reunited with Conner and Krypto, but when Mercy Graves sets her sights on retrieving “Subject 13” for Cadmus, Gar finds himself caught in the crossfire.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. Newcomers for its sophomore outing include Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea Zhang have also joined the cast as Deathstroke’s children. Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is on board as Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman.

Titans season 2 is now airing on DC Universe.
