Bryce Dallas Howard took to social media to show off the bruises she got from her stunt work in Jurassic World: Dominion.

Jurassic World: Dominion has resumed filming in London now that the threat of COVID-19 has tempered throughout Europe. The production was 4 weeks into its 20- week shoot when filming was called off to help maintain health regulations. With cameras rolling once again on the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom sequel, all eyes have turned to lead stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt. Over on Twitter, Howard posted a behind-the-scenes image of herself alongside Pratt, stating how happy she was to be in the comedian’s presence after maintaining social distancing.

Chris Pratt then took the initiative to ask Bryce Dallas Howard to share the bruises she got from her stunt work on Jurassic World: Dominion. Obliging, Howard posted images of her bruises from the various stunts she’s been participating in, as well as commenting on how great it was to be back on set.

We definitely feel for Bryce Dallas Howard and hope those bruises heal up soon but we also have to give her props where it’s due. Very rarely do Hollywood stars actively participate in their own stunts, especially ones that elicit such big bruises like the ones seen above. And while stars don’t have to do their own stunts, it’s always great to see them putting their best foot forward and getting their hands dirty once in a while. On a CGI-filled film like Jurassic World: Dominion, it’s great to know that while the dinosaurs aren’t real, the stunt work is!
