Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development & Concept Artist Andy Park has shared a high-resolution illustration of the Captain Marvel costume design.
Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel will finally bring the classic hero to the big screen and Carol Danvers’ superhero costume appears to be a near-perfect match to the iconic outfit featured in the comics. Now, concept artist Andy Park has shared a high-resolution version of an early costume design illustration and credited Jamie McKelvie and Kristafer Anka’s comic book looks as the source of inspiration for the MCU take on the outfit.

Based on the Marvel comic character first appearing in 1968, the story follows Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.
