The first teaser trailer for Pixar’s upcoming film Cars 3 offered a dark and ominous preview of the franchises third installment, especially considering the Cars series is generally regarded as the most ‘kid-oriented’ of the Pixar films. Now, with a full trailer scheduled to be released on January 9, a new sneak peak video has been released that offers fans a tease of what to expect when the full trailer hits the airwaves.
The sneak peak video hints at a more fast-paced and action-packed preview than the teaser trailer.

Fans who want to watch the trailer live on television will have to tune in to ESPN on January 9th during the College Football Playoff National Championship at 8:00 pm ET.
