A new rumor suggests that Charlie Cox’s Daredevil is on track to headline his own MCU series soon.

Charlie Cox’s Daredevil was officially folded into the Marvel Cinematic Universe thanks to SpiderMan: No Way Home, which saw the character’s civilian alter-ego briefly making a cameo appearance. Daredevil’s greatest foe, Kingpin, was also formally brought into the franchise due to Hawkeye, which saw Vincent D’Onofrio reprising his role as the big bad. While we know Marvel Studios has big plans for the two, it’s been hard to know when they’ll pop up soon, or is it?

Murphy’s Multiverse reports that Marvel Studios has formed a new production LLC that could potentially hint at Daredevil’s imminent return. Formed less than two weeks ago, the LLC is titled: “Blind Faith Productions LLC”. Could this LLC be the production company under Marvel that spearheads Charlie Cox’s solo return, as well as potential spin-offs related to The Defenders? The outlet certainly thinks so.

Following the report, Geek World Wide’s KC Walsh reported that a television series is in the works and that it will begin filming later this year. It remains to be seen if this reported show will serve as a reboot or a fourth season for the Charlie Cox show which debuted on Netflix. Those hoping to see Daredevil, as well as Netflix’s other Marvel shows will be pleased to know that they’ll be arriving on Disney Plus later this month.

Charlie Cox made his MCU debut in Spidey’s latest adventure. Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Benedict Wong, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire.
