See Charlie Cox Don Daredevil Suit For Tatiana Maslany’s ‘She-Hulk’

She-Hulk gives Daredevil a chance to get back to work.

Daredevil She-Hulk

Charlie Cox can be seen in a comic-accurate Daredevil suit in a new concept design for Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk series.

Rumors are suggesting Charlie Cox’s next MCU appearance as Matt Murdock/Daredvil could be set for the upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney Plus. She-Hulk is being described as “a half-hour legal comedy” and could be the perfect place for another appearance from the Man Without Fear, who made his shock return to the MCU in last year’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. As it sounds like She-Hulk will focus on Jennifer Walters’ legal career, it would be easy enough to pit the character against fellow lawyer Matt Murdock in court – a legal showdown that has a precedent in Marvel comics.

With Charlie Cox reprising the role of Matt Murdock in No Way Home, it seems Marvel are eager to bring him properly into the MCU. Previously, Cox had only appeared as the character in the Netflix series Daredevil and crossover series The Defenders. While officially taking place in the MCU, the Netflix shows never really crossed over with the rest of Marvel’s cinematic continuity. However, with the shows moving to Disney Plus and Netflix losing their control over the characters in those series, Marvel are now free to incorporate Daredevil into their other projects in any way they wish.

Murdock’s nemesis, Wilson Fisk as played by Vincent D’Onofrio, has already appeared in Hawkeye on Disney Plus. The upcoming Echo, a spin-off of Hawkeye, is heavily rumored to feature both Fisk and Daredevil. With two potential Daredevil appearances now lined up for new MCU projects, the character could be due some new threads. Artist JPH has imagined what that might look like, giving the character his previously absent comic-accurate logo in an incredible piece of fan art. Check it out below:

Now that Marvel Studios have full control of characters previously relegated to Netflix appearances, it’s likely fans could be due to see a lot more of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and other Defenders soon. And if Wilson Fisk’s Hawkeye look, ripped straight from the pages of Spider-Man: Family Business, is anything to go by, Marvel could be looking to get these characters into more comic-accurate costumes.

Kate Gao is the head writer of She-Hulk, with Kat Cario and Anu Valia directing the ten-episode season.

She-Hulk stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Jameela Jamil as Titania, and Tim Roth as the Abomination. Ginger Gonzaga and Renee Elise Goldsberry are also part of the cast.

She-Hulk will debut on Disney Plus in 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the upcoming MCU Disney Plus series, as well as the future of Charlie Cox in the franchise, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
