Chris Evans jokingly called out Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo for notoriously spoiling Marvel movies.
Marvel Studios is always trying to find new ways to keep their projects under wraps, and for good reason given the cameos and reveals that occur in them. However, Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo have become known for having loose lips while promoting their Marvel films, while stars like Chris Evans have become pros at keeping Marvel’s secrets intact.
A Real Life Cap
While speaking on the D23 Inside Disney podcast, Chris Evans talked about how he dodged spoilers while promoting secretive projects and called out Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo in the process:
“The hardest one is always the next one. The hardest one is always the latest one. It’s tricky, I got a few up my [sleeve]… No, no, I don’t, I don’t… I’m off that train now, so I luckily don’t have to keep anymore secrets. But you know, you almost get used to just knowing to say less, to just not answer questions, and keep it short and sweet. I think Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland had a much harder time keeping the secrets than I did… [Ruffalo] can’t help it, yeah, him and Tom.”
