A few months ago, it was revealed that Colton Haynes was demoted from being a series regular on Stephen Amell’s Arrow, something that made many fans feel anxious that he would not be appearing in the final season. Without a doubt, this would be disappointing considering the final season is focusing on bringing back the most popular parts of the show. However, according to EW, Colton Haynes will be appearing in the final season of Arrow opposite Stephen Amell.

Speaking to Arrow showrunner Beth Schwartz, EW was able to officially confirm the return of Colton Haynes to the Arrowverse family. Here’s what Beth Schwartz had to say regarding Colton Haynes’ return to Arrow.

“We couldn’t have ended the show without having him back,”

Knowing that Colton Haynes is back for Stephen Amell’s Arrow means that unresolved plotlines will more than certainly be treated with care. Namely, fans can expect to figure out if he was able to repair his relationship with Willa Holland’s Thea.
