Daniel Radcliffe Wants To Join ‘Game Of Thrones’

Daniel Radcliffe, The Boy Who Used To Be The Boy Who Lived has been making press rounds for the upcoming UK releases of Imperium, Friday, and Swiss Army Man, Sept. 30.

In an exclusive interview with Digital Spy, Daniel Radcliffe expressed his interest in a brief appearance in HBO’s Game of Thrones. He then, of course, said he wouldn’t mind being killed off in the usual, and brutal, Game of Thrones way.

“I would love to,” the Harry Potter alum said. “If they want to bring me in and (expletive) kill me, I would be so happy to do that.”

Radcliffe’s busy schedule in the past has prevented him from joining any TV series he found interesting:

“I’ve recently read a couple of really good TV pilot scripts, but then it’s signing on for seven years. Right now, I have a little bit of freedom. So if I read a script for something that’s filming next year, I don’t have to turn it down because I’m not available – which I did, for a long time.”

Here’s the synopsis for Imperium, which comes out in UK theaters this Friday:

“Idealistic FBI agent Nate Foster goes undercover to take down a radical white supremacy terrorist group. The up-and-coming analyst must confront the challenge of sticking to a new identity while maintaining his real principles as he navigates the dangerous underworld of white supremacy.”

Here’s the synopsis for Swiss Army Man, which comes out in UK theaters Sept. 30:

“A hopeless man stranded on a deserted island befriends a dead body and together they go on a surreal journey to get home.”
