The Gifted star Danny Ramirez has joined The Falcon and The Winter Soldier as production on the series from Marvel Studios resumes in Prague.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was originally going to debut back in August as the first Marvel Studios series for Disney Plus. WandaVision will now lead-off Marvel Studios’ Phase 4 slate as The Falcon and The Winter Soldier completes filming. The show recently resumed production in Prague with The Gifted star Danny Ramirez the latest to join the cast.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, Danny Ramirez will be joining The Falcon and The Winter Solider in a “pivotal role.” In addition to appearing in Fox’s X-Men series, Ramirez’s credits also list Netflix’s On My Block, Assassination Nation, and a role in Top Gun: Maverick.

Following the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) team up in a global adventure that tests their abilities—and their patience—in Marvel Studios’ “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.”
Directed by Kari Skogland from scripts written by showrunner Malcolm Spellman and Derek Kolstad, the series stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker / U.S. Agent.
