‘Daredevil’ Season 3 Release Date Possibly Leaked By Twitter Account

Daredevil Defenders Charlie Cox cancellation

Daredevil Season 3’s release date may have been leaked by Netflix’s official Thailand account.

One of the biggest developments to come out of Iron Fist Season 2 was the post-credits teaser for Daredevil Season 3. The scene shows a battered and bloodied Matt Murdock in a church confession booth claiming that he has decided to forego his social life as Matt Murdock to spend more time bringing people to justice as Daredevil. This is par for the course for Mr. Murdock.

But jokes aside, the tweet from Netflix’s Thailand account accidentally lets loose the release date for season 3. The tweet is shown below and when the text is translated from its native language, it says:

Netflix’s Thailand account has looser lips than Turk Barrett. But as exciting as this is, it should be taken with a grain of salt. Netflix has different international release dates for many of its properties. Furthermore, it would be a curious move to release another show so soon. After all, Iron Fist just dropped a few weeks ago. It’s a bit early for Netflix to release another Defenders related property so soon. Especially considering that it would be fourth release in 2018 when accounting for Jessica Jones’ release in March and Luke Cage’s in June. But then again, I wouldn’t be complaining.

Hopefully this potential leak will lead to a Stateside release date as many of us can’t wait for a return to Hell’s Kitchen.

When do you think that season 3 will release? What do you think will happen? Will we get a reappearance of The Punisher? Sound off in the comments below!

Marvel’s Daredevil season 3 will find stars Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson and Vincent D’Onofrio reprising their roles as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Karen Page, Franklin “Foggy” Nelson and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.

All episodes of the first two seasons of Marvel’s Daredevil are now available to stream on Netflix.
