In the season finale of Stranger Things season 3, it was assumed that David Harbour’s Chief Hopper met his doom in the climactic battle. A post-credit scene teased his possible survival and new setting in Russia for season 4. Now, a new teaser trailer has confirmed that David Harbour’s Chief Hopper survived and he’s definitely in Russia.
