A new clip from Marvel Studios’ long-awaited Black Widow sees David Harbour try on the Red Guardian suit again for the first time in years.
After being delayed for a year, Black Widow is finally close to its release with the press tour kicking off with the film’s stars. The last Marvel Studios film that came out in theaters was Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will be two years ago by the time the Scarlett Johansson-led film comes out next month. Black Widow will also officially start Phase Four on the film side, and while the adventure takes place before Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, it will still feature the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut of many characters like David Harbour’s Red Guardian.
We’ve seen a few super soldiers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far, and David Harbour’s Red Guardian will be the latest as the Russian equivalent of Captain America. In Black Widow, Red Guardian will seemingly come out of “retirement” to help Natasha’s cause. During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, a new clip features Red Guardian putting on the suit once again. The clip starts at 9:38:
