‘Stranger Things 4’ Set Photo May Reveal Fate Of David Harbour’s Chief Hopper

Stranger Things David Harbour Hopper Netflix

A new photo from the set of Stranger Thing 4 may have just revealed the fate of David Harbour’s Hopper.

David Harbour’s Hopper appeared to have died in the Stranger Things 3 finale,but a new set photo from the fourth season of the Netflix series may reveal what happened to him. There was a scene at the end of Stranger Things 3 in a Russian base where a soldier referred to one prisoner as “the American,” leading most fans to presume that David Harbour’s Chief Hopper had survived the events underneath the Starcourt Mall.

But now a set photo posted on Reddit shows the truck that David Harbour’s Hopper usually drives in Stranger Things. This doesn’t necessarily confirm that David Harbour will return as Chief Hopper since this could be for a flashback scene or episode for season four. But since the previous season of Stranger Things teased that he’s still alive, fans might see David Harbour return to the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana. You can check out the Stranger Things 4 set photo below.

“It’s 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer’s heating up. School’s out, there’s a brand new mall in town, and the Hawkins crew are on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates the group’s dynamic, and they’ll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart. Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town’s threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends; it evolves. Now they’ll have to band together to survive, and remember that friendship is always stronger than fear.”
